.At Coty, we are recruiting an External Operations Quality Assurance Specialist with location in Barcelona, Spain. RESPONSIBILITIES As our External Operations Quality Assurance Specialist you are responsible for assessing the level of Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices across all Vendors to be compliance with Coty Quality standards and Business needs. In addition, you are responsible to ensure that Coty Product manufactured at Vendors' meet Coty Specification, Quality Protocols and requirements. Your main focus: Act as QA single point of contact with Vendors for any Quality and compliance troubleshooting on Coty Products. Focus on QA compliance, capability building and risk mitigation. Deploy Quality Procedures and Policy to the EU Vendors in scope. Lead Vendors' QA qualification and onboarding for new Vendors/sites till final exit when production stops. Align Process Control Plan with new Vendors. Audit, coach Vendors and build capability. Issue Audit reports in a timely and expert manner. Inform Management of any critical audit finding or product out of specification in a timely and expert manner. Lead investigation and follow up of corrective and preventive actions for any Product nonconformance to avoid recurrences until close-out. Analyse product consumer complaints and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) is performed with third party manufacturers (TPM). Perform Quality Control (QC) inspection to ensure compliance with product specifications and prevent poor quality products from ending up on the markets. Take final usage decision in SAP accordingly. This role will require 30% travel. Other than that, you: Bachelor's degree as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc. 5 years' experience and knowledge of Quality Systems, GMPs and Quality Control. Have background in Cosmetic Industry. Very strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Communicates in a constructive and consistent manner internally and externally. Fluent written and spoken English skills is a must. French is desired. Strong sense of individual accountability to own and drive the full scope. Works independently, requiring little supervisory direction. Able to take decisions based on risk. Team player, committed to deliver results. Able to handle large volumes of work and change priorities as needed. SAP knowledge. Good IT knowledge of MS Office applications
