Ferrovial is listed simultaneously on 3 stock markets: USA (Nasdaq), the Netherlands (Euronext Amsterdam), and Spain (IBEX 35), and is a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and FTSE4Good.The aim of Ferrovial Corporation is to design the Company's strategy, establishing global policies, guidelines and action guides related to the different functional areas of the Organization (Internal Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Innovation, etc.), which subsequently are developed and adapted to the specificities of each Business Unit.Job Description:Mission:The successful candidate will join the External Communications and Institutional Relations team within Ferrovial's Communications and CSR Department in Madrid.Main functions:Representing the company in the exercise of its role with stakeholders at a national and international level.Definition and implementation of the Institutional Relations strategy in Spain, always aligned with the global strategy and with the US and UK teams.Management of the institutional events agenda.Development of a network to connect internal influencers and key opinion leaders in the businesses in which the company operates to promote strategic positioning.Preparation of speeches and presentations for the company's top management or preparation of press releases.Implementation of the global communication strategy, adapting messages and formats to each stakeholder group, in full alignment with the global narrative.Ensure the correct application of the Ferrovial brand, taking care of its graphic identity.Participate in the organization of the General Shareholders' Meeting and the Annual Meeting of Directors.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in communication, Journalism, Institutional Relations, Political or Governmental Sciences or similar.At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a multinational company.Bilingual or very high level of English
