An excellent opportunity as Export Specialist is available now in Barcelona for a multinational of the luxury sector.Mission: To manage and follow-up carriers and transport operations to ensure the quality service of the international traffic.Main functions and responsibilities:To review and send documents for shipment fulfillment at the warehouse.To carry out the task of printing original documentation from the logistics operators which are necessary for the traffic.To carry out the task of modifying documentation according to the requirements of clients, shipping companies, and airlines.To control the attached and original documentation (Proof Of Delivery, (POD), transports).To maintain and track Original documents.To document and coordinate merchandise's physical inspections between the warehouse and the Official Organizations.To manage international traffic incidences of the different departments. Analyze and close them.To manage procedures and documentation related to the insurance's incidences, and returns.To perform alternatives to the daily service caused by emergencies and unexpected events.To plan traffic bookings with the logistics operator.To follow-up and search alternatives to traffic ahead on time to ensure service level.Requirements for the role:Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar job (import / export flows).Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Transport or similar.Languages: (Specify language requirements if any)Competencies:Problem-solving skillsTime managementDetail and goal orientationTeam playerThis important multinational in the selective luxury sector offers a temporary position for a maternity leave of minimum 6 months from 1st of November with possibilities to extend into a permanent contract, in an excellent working environment.If you are a professional with strong problem-solving skills, experience directly related to the position, and communication skills, the job is for you.
