Job Description: An opportunity for an Export Control Compliance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
The selected candidate will join the Export Control Compliance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide permanent advice and support including tools, deliver training to business functions concerned.
Ensure permanent intelligence on end use(r) countries or customers.
Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.
Support and coordinate actions of the supply chain.
Issue internal directives for export compliant processes (e.g.
procurement, IT, foreign nationals).
Define, update and enforce end-to-end export control process.
Prepare export control documentation in order to get timely clearance for export.
Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction.
Apply for Export Licenses Release of deliveries including physical checks, classification, administration of licenses including record keeping, sanctions.

We are looking forward to knowing you: Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree, international trade or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 3 years in the role.
Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
Languages: Advanced level in English.
Valuable / Nice to have: experience in automotive will be valuable/a master in X will be valued.
