.*To coordinate and lead Export Control Compliance in relation to:*Inbound & Outbound processes: Determine the relevant authorization (licence, exemption...) and give clearance for shipments of controlled items under restrictions; Support EC clause deviation requests coming from third parties.*Licences and Agreements: Centralize and support within AHE and with the relevant function the complete lifecycle of license process (identification; application; collection, check; fulfilment of the conditions; monitoring, record keeping...).*Escalation and Voluntary Disclosure: identify when a violation has occurred; support the functions on escalation and reporting (VD + GC); follow up with Functions the action plan until closure.*Sanctions, embargoes and screening: Monitor business activities for exposure to Airbus Sanctioned Country List countries; identify, evaluate or escalate proposed Dealings with countries or regions on Airbus Sanctioned Country List.*Export Controlled Technical Information: Support the functions in access control to data according to the classification of data; Perform regular assessment of the Export Control compliance as far as data management is concerned.*Classification: Support the Airbus Classification process.*ITAR Part 130: Determine whether Part 130 report is required and initiate Part 130 reporting; support the Functions in the operations to ensure the ITAR Part130 process is in place and is working.*Brokering: Centralize and assess circumstances to determine whether transaction qualifies as Brokering.*To implement, optimize and communicate Export Control procedures within AHE.*To manage licenses and/or specific authorizations (inc. export license preparation, application and reporting) to allow for the timely delivery of controlled export products and technologies.*To authorize the delivery of Item(s)/Commodity(ies) and service(s) according to applicable laws and regulations.*To define and maintain a training plan for AHE Employees involved in Export Control compliance; Provide training to allAHE staff involved in Export Control.*To participate to business meetings to de-risk on export control issues as early as possible, notably through contract or design revirews.*To continuously track evolution of export national & international laws and regulations and liaise with relevant government authorities.*To Monitor and update list of products, documentation, equipment, components and/or parts subject to export restriction.*To coordinate Export Compliance within Divisional and National export control teams in Airbus Group. Attend to coordination meetings within AIRBUS Export Control Organization.*To Continuously improve the performance of the export control function.*To spread Export Control Compliance culture to our customers and suppliers (third parties)
