Job Description
Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Export Control Methods & Tools Manager (f/m) for the Export Control department based in Marignane, France.
You will be part of the transnational team in charge of Airbus Helicopters Export Control. Within this team, you will be in charge of defining and implementing IT tools and IM solutions for the French, German and Spanish sites. In addition, you will prepare and analyze the data required for the AH Export Control department (LOEH) to manage its operational activities.

Your Challenges Developing a solid understanding on Airbus Helicopters business processes in the domain of Export Control.Analyzing and understanding business requirements on Export Control and translating the business needs into IT requirements and solutions.Checking that all elements are available to ensure definition, specification and smooth entry in service of new tools/ new versions (communication, training, change management).Providing technical support to operational teams to define, deploy and accompany IT solutions to manage Export Control processes in SAP EC2, including the Hold and Release mechanism.Supporting the existing team in defining/refining the SAP S4/HANA-GTS functionalities with regard to Export Control.Consolidating data from AH databases/ datalakes (SAP and Skywise), analyzing, visualizing and interpreting them for AH Export Control central teams (France, Germany, Spain), in order to help them structure and perform their activities to provide subsequent deliverables (e.g. KPIs, dashboards, reports, ...) and to create corresponding data referential. Your Profile Between 5 and 10 years of experience around project/program management, if possible, around Export Control topics.Degree in information technologies, information management or similar.Ability to solve problems and seek root causes through data.Experience with data management.Programming skills is a strong plus (Python and G Suite, incl. Google locker studio -or like).Advanced level in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory.Advanced level in French and/or German and/or Spanish language would be helpful.We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, autonomous, flexible, curious, with good communication skills, entrepreneurial and customer oriented.Positive experience on medium / complex projects leads and related project methodologies.Knowledge about Airbus Helicopters processes and different business lines (Industry, Spares, MRO, etc.).Good knowledge about AH Information system main backbones (SAP and Skywise especially).Knowledge about AH and Airbus group network (AH mother company + AH Customer Centers + other Airbus divisions).
