About the Project: We are a digital agency in Spain looking to reduce costs. We manage over 100 clients for social media. We are seeking a person who can dedicate time each month to the following tasks:
We create a group with the client (contract closed), you, and another design team member.
You will propose a meeting with the client to understand their needs, corporate colors, services offered, target audience, etc. (approx. 45 min).
After the meeting, you will send 30 Instagram post proposals to the group based on the discussion (using ChatGPT for efficiency).
The client will review and provide feedback on the proposals.
You will create the "Visual Profile Structure" document, which includes deciding on 3-4 corporate colors and designing 4 templates for their profile. This document is what we require from you, and the work concludes here (3h).
We are open to offering a monthly contract or working with freelancers on a per-project basis. Currently, we have a person from Argentina with somewhat high costs, so we are evaluating the situation. We are looking for a creative, proactive individual who is eager to work. Our virtual office consists of a team of 20 people from various countries, and if the work is satisfactory, we have no problem increasing the pay. We value offers that include a trial period. We will provide several models of what we need. All work must be done using Canva, ensuring designs are easy to modify with text and images while adhering to brand values and colors.
Information for Freelancers: We assign between 5 and 10 projects per month, with peaks of up to 20 clients in a month.
Information for Hired Individual: You will also need to create 50 templates per year for each client, following the already created templates (i.e., researching themes and content using ChatGPT).
