Here in the TTH Regulatory Affairs Team, we monitor and implement regulations across the world, following one of our principles, a strong culture of compliance and customer-centricity.
As a regulatory department, you'll get to know all dsm-firmenich related products and get familiar with customer requirements.

Your key responsibilities Collaborating within a multidisciplinary international team to support the entire TTH portfolio, with a focus on ingredients for pet food.Ensuring regulatory compliance of the product portfolio for the food and pet food business of dsm-firmenich in Europe, delivering results in a timely and accurate manner.Utilizing and expanding expertise with internal software systems to efficiently address customer requests.Sending product application documents to regional colleagues and/or competent authorities, and ensuring timely follow-up on all actions to obtain and maintain marketing authorizations.Preparing and managing the prompt submission of high-quality responses to questions from internal stakeholders and external customers.Providing regulatory support and advice to the areas of product development, application, and sales, including documentation assistance (e.g. issuing statements).Support in regulatory internal projects, maintaining a strong culture of compliance, customer-centricity, agility, and simplicity.Monitoring food and pet food legislation in the region of Europe.Identifying needs to continuously improve the Regulatory level of support to business, processes, and systems in place.Promoting our fundamentals and regulatory standards across the Taste, Texture, and Health BU.You bring Graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or another related scientific field.A background in R&D, QA, or Regulatory Affairs, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the regulatory field.Knowledge in the Regulatory field for food/beverages and/or pet food.Strong oral and written command of the English language, with excellent writing skills. Other languages will be a plus.Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools).Great communication, fast-learning, and trust-building skills.Organized, service, and data-oriented person with sharp attention to details; Strong sense of team spirit.A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, efficiency, pragmatism, flexibility, and a strong compliance mindset, with the ability to perform well under time pressure and a well-developed sense of cultural awareness.The ability to identify regulatory issues in various situations, analyze and assess them, and propose effective solutions.Our recruitment process Are you interested in this job?
