Expert Test Consultant

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documentation- Contribute to define the overall product test strategy- Build detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases for manual and automation testing- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression coverage- Diagnose, track and manage defects to resolution- Collaborate with the broader team to identify, understand and resolve the root cause of defects and customer escalations- Support End Users through the Developer support channel and enrich the documentation- Ensure that all assigned project deliverables meet the quality objectives in functionality, usability, integration, regression, performance, stability, security and compliance- Document test cases and outcomes within a test case management applicationQualifications:- Expertise in QA Engineering with good understanding of Quality Assurance Best Practices- Ability to handle complex subjects in a technical environment comprising Cloud- Expertise in infrastructure and Cloud (Azure or AWS) context- Main tools/languages: JIRA, Selenium, GitHub, Confluence; programming experience with OOP and REST APIs is desirable, Java, Python- Other tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, CloudFormation- English proficiency: mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
