Expert Test Consultant

- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documentation - Contribute to define the overall product test strategy - Build detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases for manual and automation testing - Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression coverage - Diagnose, track and manage defects to resolution - Collaborate with the broader team to identify, understand and resolve the root cause of defects and customer escalations - Support End Users through the Developer support channel and enrich the documentation - Ensure that all assigned project deliverables meet the quality objectives in functionality, usability, integration, regression, performance, stability, security and compliance - Document test cases and outcomes within a test case management application Qualifications: - Expertise in QA Engineering with good understanding of Quality Assurance Best Practices - Ability to handle complex subjects in a technical environment comprising Cloud - Expertise in infrastructure and Cloud (Azure or AWS) context - Main tools/languages: JIRA, Selenium, GitHub, Confluence; programming experience with OOP and REST APIs is desirable, Java, Python - Other tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, CloudFormation - English proficiency: mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
