Qué esperamos
Together with the global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team, you are responsible for the user experience of our recruiting systems and channels.
As an interface between IT and HR, you ensure full integration of our global IT systems with our recruiting system.
You are an expert for all our system-side recruiting channels and support hiring managers, recruiters and other users through training. Our systems include the career website, applicant tracking system, as well as API to job boards and multiposters.
As a global link between the requirements, you will operate strong stakeholder management, keep an eye on new trends and ensure a consistent interface to all internal and external platforms and actively drive the roll-out of a globally standardised solution.
You manage external service providers and partners in the implementation of technical end-to-end solutions along the entire recruiting process.
You move confidently in an international environment with global colleagues.
A quién buscamos
You have a (university) degree with a focus on Human Resources, IT or a comparable degree programme.
You already have experience in HR IT, IT project management or a comparable role, perhaps even in an international corporate environment.
You have a good technical understanding, are keen to familiarise yourself with new systems and work together to find a good solution for our (internal) customers.
You are keen to work with the team to improve HR processes on the system side and thus ensure a better user experience.
You have team spirit, are outgoing and have a confident demeanour.
You communicate convincingly both verbally and in writing - in both German and English.
You have a high degree of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills and, above all, you enjoy modern HR work in an international company.
We prioritise you as a person and the necessary flexibility - so you are also welcome to apply to us part-time (at least 20 hours/week).
