We establish & perform the necessary steering in the Group via a global IT and IS Governance and the Group IT Operating Model.
The Senior Expert Digital Risk Management will provide these services to the Allianz Group out of the Allianz Technology Spain Hub.

Key responsibilities: The Senior Expert Digital Risk Management monitors and influences Allianz's regulatory environment and translates regulatory requirements into internal policies for IT.Monitors EU and German regulation regarding IT in insurance and anticipates trends in regulation.Assesses the implications of applicable regulations (e.g.
VAIT, DORA) for Allianz.Drives the definition, evolution, and update of the internal corporate rules for IT in alignment with the Key Functions.Ensures that all 63 Operating Entities (OEs) regularly update their local corporate rules in line with the update of the Group corporate rules.Engages with key stakeholders in the area of IT Governance across Allianz Group and the OEs.Consults on Rules of Procedures for Group steering bodies to ensure alignment with IT regulation.Leads projects and serves as best practice/ quality assurance resource for IT regulation topics Group-wide.Designs and delivers trainings on IT Governance and IT Regulation. Requirements: University degree/ Master in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or related (IT) field.Significant professional experience in information technology and IT Compliance.Experience in IT Governance Processes and Standards.Entrepreneurship, ownership, and delivery culture.Ability to engage and influence senior internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and systematic working style.Good relationship management competencies.Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
