- Participate in data and analytics-driven transformational projects, addressing industry-specific challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering insights into data and analytics tools and applying best practices.
- Plan, execute, and manage business process analyses using data and analytics tools.
- Prepare project deliverables, including reports, materials, and proposals.
- Manage project activities such as scheduling, meetings, tracking actions, and risk management.
- Implement change management strategies to secure stakeholder buy-in and acceptance.Essential Requirements:
- Expertise in data analysis, database management, data modelling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Familiar with data security and compliance requirements (e.G., GDPR).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong planning, workshop facilitation, and client alignment skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and ensure project success.Experience:
- 10 years of technology experience, with 8+ years in data and analytics, and a preference for industry experience.
- Proven success in managing senior client relationships.
- Extensive knowledge of S/4 HANA.Education:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, or related fields.
