What will you do?Finance is leading the data digital transformation within SE, as part of this small team that is making IMPACT in all data platforms of the company you will:
Play an instrumental role in the design, development, and maintenance of different state-of-the-art data cloud architectures.Be part of a multidisciplinary team implementing CI / CD and cloud infrastructure with IaC by using Terraform.Analyze cloud services, detect different strengths and limitations, comparing the services to define which is the best strategy for processing data.Implement and oversee data security measures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Develop new tools (Python) to enhance services.Design and implement monitoring for the platform and its processes.Design and implement incident management processes for HA (High Availability), Reliability and scalability of the platform.Collaborate with data analysts and machine learning engineers to understand their data needs and ensure the platform meets these requirements.Proactively perform any improvements or refactoring to enhance our infrastructure.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?We know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience. This job might be for you if you have / are:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in cloud engineering role.Have a code-first / automate-everything attitude.Strong experience in AWS Cloud Platform.Familiar with cloud security terms: IAM, VPC, WAF.Expertise with Terraform, or any other IaC tool.Linux knowledge (containers, systemd, signals).Experience of working to DevOps principles and in an Agile environment.Debugging mindset and eager to fix issues.GitHub Actions knowledge or other CI / CD tools.Very good communication skills, both conversation and written, as well as a good English level.Understanding of data warehousing concepts and querying languages like SQL.Understanding of data processing frameworks (Databricks, Spark, AWS Glue).Desirable Skills / Experience:Experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, AWS Lake House and or any other Data Intelligence Platform.Experience with Vagrant and Ansible.You have faced a migration from legacy Infrastructure to cloud native.You have any of the following certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate / Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Security Specialty.What will you get?We adapt to you:
