Documentation & Investigation: Develop Quality documentation and investigate deviations, implementing action plans.
Collaborate Across Teams: Support Engineering and Operations in designing and maintaining effective quality systems.
Lead Initiatives: Participate in local, regional, and global workgroups to promote best practices in quality.
What We're Looking For: Understanding of Quality Systems and a willingness to learn.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build effective relationships with plant leadership and other departments.
