What You'll Do :
Criteo's Experiential Marketing team is looking for an experienced detail-oriented Marketing Manager to champion our global events strategy consisting of key industry tentpoles, owned and operated events, and Executive Engagement programs.
We are seeking a collaborative, creative and organized event marketer who has a passion for tech (and thrives in a fast-paced environment).
Based in Barcelona and reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Global Experiential Marketing, you will be working cross-functionally with the wider marketing and communications department : content, brand, digital, social, operations, PR, and more.
As the Experiential Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of these activations while supporting key business objectives and driving measurable ROI for the regional client solutions teams.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end live and virtual event execution across key programs (industry tentpoles, owned & operated, flagship) by partnering with field, content, brand, social and PR teams to bring these moments to life from sourcing and planning, theme / content development, look / feel ideation + build, attendance and promotion strategy, to post-event reconciliation.
Execute various initiatives within our Executive Engagement program regional summit(s), exclusive networking events and personalized outreach campaigns.
Drive attendance and participation through strategic promotion and outreach efforts, leveraging email marketing, social media, digital / paid media, and other channels.
Proactively engage with client solutions (sales) to coordinate, communicate, and educate the teams on any new and / or upcoming experiential marketing programs at a global scale while ensuring each activation is aligned with company objectives and messaging
Build and manage a tracking process to determine all event campaign performance and pipeline influence within Salesforce.
Operational Excellence : managing and forecasting large-scale budgets - contracting, payment processing and negotiation management alongside Finance, Legal, and Procurement departments
Who You Are :

Relevant experience in event marketing role within B2B space
Problem Solver : no issue is too big or small - you are someone who encompasses a solutions-driven mindset and can think critically while navigating complex challenges with confidence and resilience.
Relationship Builder : you thrive in social settings and can maintain strong relationships both internally and externally while understanding your audience.
You are also comfortable speaking with and presenting to senior leaders as well as executive audiences.
Project Manager : you have the ability to take a project and run with it from concept through to completion while emphasizing the importance of organization and attention to detail
Self-Starter : ability to jump right in asks questions, work independently, seek the information needed
Experience with SplashThat (Event Tech), Wrike (Project Management Tool), Stensul (Email Marketing Tool) or other relevant tools
Experience with Salesforce / Pardot (or another CRM)
Strong presentation skills both in person and virtually
Genuine interest in tech space with a desire to understand the AdTech space and be fluent in our technology's capabilities.
