This role involves working with a partner and Team Manager assisting on complex high-value employers and public liability claims predominantly over £250k. There will also be an opportunity for the candidate to run their own caseload of cases with a value of up to £100k if they wish.Our National team, whose clients are a mix of leading names in the insurance industry as well as household name corporates, deals with all aspects of defendant litigation, including catastrophic injury, clinical negligence, motor, casualty, disease, product, professional negligence, and health and safety.
