What we expect We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the financial industry in Europe (financial consultancies or banks).
Ideally credit risk topics and/or financial regulation and banking business topics.
Knowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to the IRB approach within the last 2-3 years.
Knowledge of operational tasks in the context of the development, validation and/or management of credit risk models such as IFRS9 models and regulation.
Hands-on experience in model development and/or validation within the last 2-3 years.
Knowledge of Model Risk Management.
Strong analytical skills and interest in quantitative topics.
Ability to work with coding languages (e.g.
Excel, Python, SQL) is a plus.
Proficiency in relevant MS Office applications and knowledge of their uses in the work environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarize with new topics.
Ability to understand, independently structure and derive innovative solutions for complex topics within short timeframes.
Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl.
the ability to write professional reports).
Knowledge of German is also a plus.
Openness to travel, mainly within Europe.
