Accounting, Compliance & Reporting Role We are looking for an Accounting Technician to provide outsourced Administration and Finance services with knowledge of accounting, billing, customer and supplier management, treasury, and tax preparation and filing.
The opportunity As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you'll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.
You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.
Your key responsibilities Management and verification of invoices received, resolution of discrepancies related to invoice processing and payment management.
Preparation of adhesion contracts, billing management, registration of information in the accounting system.
Posting of invoices issued and received and reconciliation of accounting accounts.
Management of purchase orders: creation of the order, registration of the request in the accounting system, monitoring of the order and management of possible incidents with suppliers.
Carrying out reconciliations and bank positions.
Provision of back-office services in the treasury area (guarantee management, cash management and reporting).
Execution and review of accounting closures in the Spanish PGC.
Preparation and presentation of taxes (VAT, CIT, withholding-tax, Intrastat, etc.).
Update of master data in the different systems (BC, SAP, billing programs, etc.).
Skills and attributes for success Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
Professional experience in accounting process outsourcing projects.
To qualify for the role you must have Good skills in English (oral and written communication).
Advanced command of office tools (Excel, Outlook, Databases, etc.).
Ideally, you'll also have User-level experience in systems: SAP, Prinex, CRM Dynamics 365 and Business Intelligence.
