Is event design your true passion? We're on the hunt for a talented and seasoned Experience Designer with a special focus on events to redefine how our customers and prospects engage with Factorial at events across Europe.
The Role In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting immersive environments that leave a lasting impression. From booth design and material selection to lighting, spatial interaction, and ambiance creation, you'll ensure every detail reflects the essence of the Factorial brand. Your work will shape memorable moments, turning our events into experiences that captivate and inspire.
If This Resonates with You You design experiences from start to finish: From researching the trade shows or events we attend to understanding the competition and strategizing how to stand out, you own the full 360-degree design process. This includes selecting materials, lighting, and screens; managing logistics; planning merchandising, brochures, and schedules; and determining staffing needs.You manage suppliers and installations seamlessly: Ideally, you already have a network of trusted providers to collaborate with and can oversee event setups with precision.You think like a business strategist: You can distinguish between Tier 1 events that require greater investment and smaller ones where creativity and budget-conscious design take center stage.You focus on human-centered design: You think about how people interact with the space—whether it's creating rest areas, ensuring the space feels welcoming, or designing an environment that fosters connection and engagement.You bring design expertise to the table: While you might not be a graphic designer, you have a strong grasp of graphic and interior design principles, with a sharp focus on crafting immersive experiences.You're ready to travel: You have the flexibility to travel, primarily across Europe, to bring your designs to life on-site.You're fluent in English: High proficiency in English is a must, and an additional European language is a big plus.You're innovative and scalable: You know how to create designs that are eye-catching, reusable, and easy to assemble or adapt for different events. Autocad and Figma and other software is a plusStrong understanding of branding principles, art direction, color theory, and typography.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with grace and precision.Excellent communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex ideas into compelling visual narratives and deal with clients and suppliers.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Additional languages? Bonus points!Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of event & merchandising design projects, demonstrating both creativity and strategic thinking.About Brand Studio Brand Studio is focused on building the Factorial brand.
