Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments).
This will be via phone, email and chat channels
Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellation or any other concerns.
Requirements:
EU Passport or Right to work in Greece
To speak Spanish;
Good level of English (B2)
Any customer-facing role
Good soft skills
Problem-solving skills
Passionate about customers
Upbeat and positive
Working model onsite
