Our partner, a startup with 40 employees, is dedicated to the health technology sector and focused on the digitization of clinical data for optimization and accuracy in the health sector.
Developing solutions based on AI and machine learning for the improvement of medical care and clinical research.
Let's talk about the role... The core of your role will be to help the company accomplish their mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every patient.
You will create, implement and effectively communicate the product strategy , vision and roadmap that allows the company to scale and grow in the industry-leading Real-world Evidence (RWE) business using technology, ML, and AI.
You will directly oversee the teams responsible for the customer-facing clinical datasets and analytic products, as well as the internal platforms designed to curate, validate and scale these offerings.
You will serve as the Product Manager and Product Owner for the company's RWE business, building great products that deliver sustainable value to the company and their life sciences partners.
You will act as product champion across the entire company , working with the C-level to build a wide product culture, implementing product discipline and mentoring future product leaders.
Your tasks Giving support to the rest of the team.
Develop an inspiring RWE product strategy and vision to deliver the next phase of growth and impact for life sciences customers.
Deeply understand and synthesize customer pain points, needs, opportunities and risks to establish product priorities, roadmap and assess trade-offs.
Work with the technical and sales teams to create a consistent product discipline and best practices across the company.
Define the product development roadmap for existing and new products.
Lead the technical team to achieve the product requirements.
Develop a close relationship with customers based on providing the best services and developing solutions for their problems.
Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to implement organization-wide product best practices.
Measure and understand , in an ongoing way, where they are "doing product well" and where adjustments are needed.
Build a strong product culture , where product professionals are excited about the product vision and strategy and have opportunities to learn and develop within the product organization.
About you You are a passionate, results-oriented, experienced senior product executive willing to lead product strategy and development within the company's RWE business unit.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management of enterprise technology or data products with 5+ years of VP/Executive level product experience.
You have a deep curiosity about and a voracious appetite for learning the ins and outs of data-driven drug development and commercialization; real-world data, oncology and/or pharma sector experience is highly desirable.
You have experience successfully leading a product organization within a growth-stage company, leveraging your experience to build empowered product teams and affect cultural change.
You have strong team building and leadership skills , with a management style that is collaborative, empathetic, empowering, and visionary.
You have the ability to establish credibility with, as well as motivate and mentor, highly accomplished product managers, engineers, and other colleagues.
You are passionate about creating and leading inclusive and diverse teams , committed to creating an environment where everyone can bring their full self to work.
You are results-oriented ; able to set ambitious goals, remove obstacles and hold yourself and others accountable for achieving challenging results for our customers and business.
Proven knowledge of SQL, DBMS, Excel or other tabulated data management systems is very valuable.
