Our client is a fast-paced fintech company, and they are seeking motivated candidates for an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidate will be available to start relatively quickly, with the option to begin on a fractional basis before transitioning to full-time. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to the role.

Our client is looking for someone who can adapt well and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Whilst most of their team are relatively tech-savvy, there is still a need for great IT Ops and Tech Support to help ensure things run smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesKeep IT systems up and running, maintained, installed, reinstalled, replaced, organised, tagged/accounted for and secure.Support colleagues with day-to-day IT tasks (on-site and remote), handling joiners, movers and leavers.Manage access control and computers using a modern tech stack.Participate in the development and implementation of our internal IT processes.Work closely together with the Infosec and People Ops team.Find and implement IT solutions to make life easier. RequirementsPossesses a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.Demonstrates a strong aptitude for identifying and implementing efficient solutions to enhance workflows and operational effectiveness.Experienced in managing Apple computers and MDM systems (e.g., Jamf), Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Service Desk), Google Workspace, identity providers (e.g., JumpCloud, Okta), and various SaaS platforms.Committed to providing exceptional support with a patient and customer-focused approach.Highly reliable, organized, and approachable, fostering positive interactions across teams.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.Thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with international teams.Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and financial industry compliance requirements would be a bonus.
