We are thrilled to be expanding our sales office once again and are searching for highly experienced real estate agents to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing potential clients with information about the properties available on our developments and seeing the entire sale process through from start to close.
This is usually done over the phone or through video conferencing, but in-person viewing trips to our resort are also occasionally required.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and help them find their dream vacation property.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort development and its properties, as well as the local area and amenities.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the property search and purchase process.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Hours and Work Place Monday - Friday, 9-5 from our new and modern office in Benalmádena.
Languages Those who speak Italian, Dutch, Flemish, French or any of the Scandinavian languages.
Compensation We offer a basic salary plus generous, uncapped commissions.
Experience We are looking for highly motivated sales professionals with a proven track record and a minimum of 2 years experience within a property sales position.
Experience in Inside Sales is also preferable.
