EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR MARKETING AND SALES OPERATIONS Administrative Support
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Calendar Management : Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives in marketing and sales.
Communication Management : Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Document Preparation : Draft, proofread, and finalize reports, presentations, and other documents.
Marketing Support
Campaign Coordination : Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including coordinating with external vendors and internal teams.
Market Research : Conduct research to support marketing strategies, including gathering data on competitors and market trends.
Content Management : Help manage content for marketing materials, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Sales Operations Support
Data Management : Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and track key performance metrics.
Reporting : Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Process Improvement : Assist in developing and implementing processes to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
Event Coordination
Event Planning : Organize and coordinate marketing and sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Logistics Management : Handle logistics for events, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
Project Management
Task Coordination : Track and manage various projects within the marketing and sales departments, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Budget Management : Assist in managing budgets for marketing and sales projects, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
Team Support
Internal Communication : Facilitate communication between the marketing and sales teams and other departments.
Training and Onboarding : Assist in onboarding new team members and provide administrative support for training programs.
Strategic Support
Business Analysis : Provide insights and analysis to support strategic planning and business development.
Client Relations : Support relationship management with key clients and partners, including scheduling meetings and handling follow-ups.
Miscellaneous
Problem-Solving : Address and resolve issues that arise within the marketing and sales operations.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing or Any Business Related Course
With at least 2-3 working experience as Executive Assistant
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, Detailed and with Good Work Ethics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
