In this role, you'll play a key part in managing relationships with high-profile clients while actively identifying new business opportunities in the stands and events sector. Key Responsibilities: Create sales plans and deliver the company's ambitious sales goals and targets Manage the end-to-end sales process , from inception to closing deals Manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities in the stands and events market Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience Provide feedback from the market to contribute to product/service improvements. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the company Handle objections and overcome challenges to successfully close sales Stay ahead of market trends and leverage insights to drive strategic growth. Also Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in sales and key account management A proven background in B2B sales is essential, with experience in prospecting , pipeline development , and closing opportunities Have a hunter mindset and the ability to find new business channels You will be a self-starter and driven to succeed, capable of delivering brilliant service Confident in presenting in front of various audiences Ability to formulate reports as needed by the business Experience in selling a product-based solution in a similar market is preferable Excellent communication skills and prior experience working with CRM systems Proven ability to close deals with high-profile clients and identify new business opportunities Strong negotiation and presentation skills in English.
