The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish.
Must provide strategic direction and perform quality assurance while ensuring programmes run efficiently .
Also ensure staff align themselves with the company's goals, implement company-wide policies, allocate the resources of the company, develop a market strategy and provide constructive feedback to management.This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities Developing and defining project goals and objectives.
Overseeing the preparation and allocation of budgets.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with the project's direction.
Implementing risk management processes to mitigate project risks effectively.
Direct and oversee completion of project Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan Assess risks and establish contingency plans Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders Qualifications Must have at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role in a non-profit or corporate environment, steering the business and providing strategic leadership.
Bachelor's degree: A background in chemical, finance, operations or engineering.
Knowledge of: gases, energy, reactors... Should also have experience developing and delivering tactical and strategic plans in Industrial companies.
