Executive Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish.
Mustprovide strategic direction and perform quality assurance while ensuring programmes run efficiently.
Also ensure staff align themselves with the company's goals, implement company-wide policies, allocate the resources of the company, develop a market strategy, and provide constructive feedback to management.
This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks.
This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and defining project goals and objectives.Overseeing the preparation and allocation of budgets.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with the project's direction.Implementing risk management processes to mitigate project risks effectively.Directing and overseeing the completion of the project.Developing a plan of action including schedule, resources, and work plan.Assessing risks and establishing contingency plans.Managing work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders.QualificationsMust have at least 10 years of experience in a senior management role in a non-profit or corporate environment, steering the business and providing strategic leadership.Bachelor's degree: A background in chemical, finance, operations, or engineering.Knowledge of: gases, energy, reactors...Should also have experience developing and delivering tactical and strategic plans in industrial companies.Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.Skills:Firm grasp of leadership and management principles.Proven ability to work with committees and board of directors.Strategic decision-making skills with exceptional communication and presentation skills.Teamwork skills and the ability to act as the public face of the company.Commercial awareness and an innovative approach to business development.Strong resource capacity planning and prioritization skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
