We are currently looking for an Executive Producer to join our Madrid office with at least 15 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
RESPONSIBILITIES The key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies.
Possesses an accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns.
Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.
Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement).
Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers.
Manages all range of projects independently, from initiation through completion.
Serves as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency.
Manages client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, and communicates changes/directions to team members.
Keeps projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
Demonstrates strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen.
Works with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production, and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget), helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables with proper staffing.
Owns project budget and tracks all ongoing costs throughout the project lifecycle, reconciles estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolves budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors, and clients.
Develops and maintains scopes, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinates and partners with Hogarth's global production network to ensure global campaign launches are successful and work is completed.
Manages status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and day-to-day communication with teams and clients.
Liaises with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, and technical specifications.
Responsible for managing the talent and traffic teams at Hogarth.
Manages POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing against all project budgets.
REQUIREMENTS 15/20 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
