Join Wellnessfix, a globally recognized brand with over 20 years of excellence in the wellness industry. This position is based in SM Clark, Pampanga.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in the wellness center.Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that enhance business performance.Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service to maintain high client satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.Assist in maintaining inventory and managing supply orders.Actively involved in identifying growth opportunities, including establishing partnerships with BPOs, private organizations, and government entities to provide onsite wellness services.Scout potential locations for new Wellnessfix branches and coordinate meetings with the Wellnessfix President.Qualifications and Skills Required:Strong leadership and self-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities to drive team performance and operational efficiency.Professional customer service orientation.High proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Office.Knowledge of the wellness or spa industry is a plus.Strong work ethics and attention to detail.Experience:Minimum of 2 years in a similar operational or supervisory role.Education & Qualification:Bachelor's Degree is required.Preferred Candidates:Candidates based in Pampanga will be given preference.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthApplication Deadline: 10/15/2024
