ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM: The Knot Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive Manager Field Iberia to lead and drive the field sales strategy across Spain and Portugal. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing a high-performing team and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within multinational or large corporations, with a focus on B2B sales, along with proven leadership and strategic expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team across Spain and Portugal, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business objectives. Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive new business acquisition, customer retention, and upsell opportunities. Ensure alignment between sales goals and the company's strategic objectives. Manage and develop remote teams, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Regularly travel (up to 50% of the month) across Spain and Portugal to engage with clients and teams in the field. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE: Location: Must be based in Barcelona or Madrid , with the ability to travel frequently within Spain and Portugal. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, specifically leading and developing teams of Team Leaders. Sales Management: Proven track record in sales management, particularly within multinational or large corporations, and experience in B2B sales. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision, foster team growth, and manage remote teams effectively. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer Lifecycle Management: Strong experience in managing the full customer lifecycle, including new business development, service delivery, renewals, and upsells. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Language Skills: Professional level of English (C1-C2).
