La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel, is recruiting an Executive Houskeeper to join the team in Deia, a small village in the UNESCO protected Serra de Tramuntana in the West of the island of Mallorca, Spain.
Starting date will be February 2025 .

Main duties & responsibilities: - Organize the Housekeeping Department of the hotel in accordance with organization standard and procedures (70 keys and with 80 housekeeping staff members); It includes Houskeeping service, Public Area Service and Laundry Service (onsite).
- Achieve annual objectives regarding NPS, LQA, ReviewPro, and GRI.
- Regularly complete LQA audits and establish action plans.
- Handle the decoration of the hotel's housekeeping service.
- Manage the control of hotel uniforms.
- Assist in the recruitment, interview, training, and evaluation of new employees.
- Promote, comply with, and enforce service standards, training, company policies, hygiene standards, and operating systems.
- Identify customer needs or complaints and respond proactively.
- Communicate daily with Reception to respond to guest needs.
Ensure requests are met effectively and, when possible, anticipate customer needs.
- Communicate at all times with the maintenance team to ensure rooms are in perfect condition.
- Handle orders for bed linen, towels, uniforms, and other necessary items for guests and employees, following company procedures.
- Manage the weekly order of amenities and cleaning products with the Warehouse.
- Meet the quality and financial objectives of the department.
- Manage lost and found items and coordinate their return with Concierge.

Requirements We require: Minimum 5 year of experience in a similar position in 5* hotels (With LQA standards) Degree in hotel management or similar; Good knowledge of English and Spanish Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Infor European citizenship (european passport necessary for legal work permit ) Benefits We offer: A working week of 40h, depending on the operational needs with 2 days off per week Permanent contract A competitive salary along with excellent benefits 2 extra payments per year, prorated according to the duration of the contract 35 holidays and 14 public holidays, prorated according to the duration of the contract A monthly gasoline allowance Participation in the Belmond Discovery programme including complimentary and discounted experiences Loyalty and recognition rewards programs Medical and Life insurance
