About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Housekeeper position to join our Housekeeping Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Qualification & Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience in Housekeeping in an International Hotel Company.Minimum of 1 year's management experience in a high volume housekeeping role.Experience in managing outsourced labour and casual staff requirements.Previous Housekeeping & Laundry experience as well as guest/employee relations training.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, use and requirements of equipment.Knowledge of proper chemical handling.Ability to communicate satisfactorily in English with guests, management and co-workers.Skills Excellent level of English and Spanish.Excellent organizational and team management skills.Excellent computer skills and knowledge of OPERA and other hotel systems would be an advantage.Interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead a team and manage conflict.Ability to maintain confidentiality of hotel guests and pertinent hotel information and convey the same sense of confidentiality to all employees.
