Offering a unique curriculum, as well as an international career center to assist students in their transition from student to music professional.The Executive Director of Berklee Valencia will be the leader of the Valencia campus, responsible for the vision and strategic direction of the campus as well as the successful day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include oversight of academic programs, enrollment, student affairs, diversity and inclusion, career services, external affairs, communications, and operations (finance, facilities, human resources).This role requires collaboration with Berklee's Academic Affairs senior leadership team and support for the Executive Vice President/Provost and Valencia Dean of Academic Affairs in developing and executing the academic strategy.Key AccountabilitiesLead the development and implementation of strategic planning and mission development for the Berklee Valencia campus.Support and participate in the development and implementation of Berklee's strategic plans.Make decisions relating to campus enrollment, programming, and operations to ensure financial sustainability.Work with leadership to develop unique and distinctive programs.Lead the Berklee Valencia Executive Team.Recruit, develop, and maintain talented faculty, staff, and students to foster a strong community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
