Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization. Cost Management: Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient kitchen operations without compromising on quality. Guest Experience: Engage with guests, accommodate special requests, and continually elevate the dining experience. What We're Looking For: Proven Experience: Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant. Culinary Expertise: Exceptional culinary skills with a deep understanding of international cuisine and contemporary food trends. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on training and development. Creativity: A passion for culinary innovation and the ability to create unique, memorable dining experiences. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in food presentation and quality. Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
