You will also support the HR Vice-president with specific tasks and calendar organization, and at the same time, you will be part of the Core Team Business. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who wants to take a central role in our company and be part of good collaboration and continuous improvements with the Management Group.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as the main point of contact among other executive assistants, executive managers, employees, and others.Taking new initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of supporting Dormer Pramet President with administrative tasks.Coordinating management team activities, yearly calendar planning, and setting up meetings.Managing information flow and time accurately.Planning Dormer Pramet Management Monthly Meetings, including travel arrangements and minutes of meetings.Making travel accommodations and taxi reservations.Flight bookings for the President and HR VP.Taking minutes during the meetings to ensure actions are provided afterward.We promote Remote Working, so the location for this position is flexible in Europe, with some preference in Spain. Some travel into different locations (worldwide) will happen on a very regular basis.About youAs we act in a truly global setting, you also need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You're both a planner and a doer with a positive attitude and a natural talent for service and leadership. Using your holistic view and high integrity, you work methodically and ensure accuracy - solving problems and delivering on time.
