Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a high-level support role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the executive's office. This position requires a professional with strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, as well as experience in sales to contribute to the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the COO, managing their schedule, emails, calls, and correspondence.Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure the COO's time is effectively utilized.Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.Assist in developing sales strategies and materials in alignment with the COO's directives.Maintain client relationships and provide support for key accounts as needed.Participate in sales meetings, follow up on leads, and ensure action plans are executed.Assist in managing company-wide initiatives or projects overseen by the COO.Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Maintain organized files and records for the COO's office.Serve as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.Support other executives or departments as directed by the COO.Represent the COO in meetings or events as required.Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years of experience in sales or sales-related roles.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Ability to analyze sales data and create reports or presentations.Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a corporate or executive-level environment.
