Executive Assistant - Madrid (Us-089)

This is an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join an international financial services firm in Madrid.
My client is seeking an experienced Team EA, who is fluent in Spanish and English, to support a busy team including MDs with all administrative duties and diary management.
You will be comfortable working at pace and have prior EA experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
What you 'll do:Diary and inbox management, maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism at all timesEvent managementBooking for national and international travel, often with complex itinerariesExpense and invoice managementDesk research and preparation of externally facing documentsOffice management support as requiredUpdate CRM databaseWho you'll be:An experienced EA, confident liaising with all levels of seniorityPersonable and proactive, with a can-do attitudeHighly organised and able to prioritise workload efficientlyFluency in Spanish and EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both languagesExperience in banking, finance or professional services highly desired.
