What you will do
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
- Coordinate and arrange travel and lodging for executives and clients.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, kitchen and food products, and the coordination of meeting rooms and common spaces.
- Plan and organize events such as workshops, team-building activities, retreats, and meals.
- Assist the IT Department with distributing and returning resources to employees, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Provide support to the Human Resources Department with onboarding and offboarding processes, office modifications, maintenance, and safety drills.
- Ensure workplace safety and maintain the suitability of workstations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Communicate and enforce rules for the use of common areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring
- Certificate of Higher Education, accounting studies, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within an international company, preferably in consultancy.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting procedures and standards.
- Proficiency in managing accounting RP or other relevant software programs.
- Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and effective interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service.
