We are looking for an assistant who will support our REGIS-TR SA CEO and Management team in the administrative daily business with enthusiasm and joy.
You will work in a motivated, dynamic environment in which we are responsible for offering trade repository reporting services covering all the major European reporting obligations.
Established in Luxembourg in 2010, REGIS-TR SA is the largest European TR for EMIR, and offers services covering SFTR and FinfraG.
What You Will DoSupport the CEO and the RTR Group Executive Management (GEM) in any daily matter related to office administration, organization and/or management of documents.Create and maintain the filing system and perform marketing and office supply inventory.Organize and coordinate the CEO's daily calendar and control the CEO's agenda, following up on upcoming meetings, events, trips, and pending tasks.Make travel arrangements for executives.Take GEM meeting minutes and perform a follow-up of the minutes.Collaborate with other departments in administrative duties when needed.What You BringStrong experience in a comparable position in the directorate/board office.Good organizational skills, service orientation, accurate working methods.Strong communication skills, openness, and flexibility.Advanced knowledge of MS Office.Very good verbal and written skills in English and Spanish.If you have any questions, please call Sara Perez de la Cuesta at +34 91 709 56 80.
