About the Role What You'll Do Main Responsibilities:Executive Assistant support to the Partners and Managing Directors, including agenda management.Arranging client and internal meetings, setting up video conference calls.First point of contact, receiving clients, preparing and booking meeting rooms.Front desk, switchboard and courier services.Travel booking.CRM and contact database management.Others:Translations as required.Expense processing, control and follow-up.Ad-hoc general administrative support for the wider team (printing, binding, among others).General office assistance in maintenance, maintain office supplies and equipment up-to-date and stocked (kitchen supplies, office supplies, utilities etc).Qualifications & Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.Ability to prioritise workload and to deal with multiple parties and requests.Ability to communicate on behalf of senior leaders both to internal and external parties.Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organisation.Ability to work under time pressure and be available as needed.Strong attention to detail with strong organisational skills.Strong team player.Ability to handle confidential issues with utmost sensitivity.Strong levels of discretion and integrity.Ability to pursue and find solutions when they may not be immediately visible or available.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Proven experience of supporting senior management, preferably in a consulting or financial environment is highly desirable.Our Benefits: Apart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
