We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in the cutting-edge AI industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the company's leadership and contribute to its success during a critical growth phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage administrative tasks, including processing invoices and handling non-relevant emails
Participate in recurring team meetings, taking notes and following up on action items
Create and refine company presentations for various stakeholders
Analyze company data using spreadsheets and prepare reports
Assist with personal chores for the CEO as needed
Document processes and procedures to improve company efficiency
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Highly adaptable and quick learner
Proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
Enthusiastic about the AI industry and its potential
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Excellent spreadsheet skills for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
Strong writing skills for email communication and report preparation
Proficiency in creating compelling presentation slides (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Detail-oriented with a passion for documenting processes and information
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of B2B SaaS business models (preferred but not required)
EXPERIENCE:
This position is open to junior candidates without prior experience
A background or interest in technology, particularly AI, is a plus
