BettingJobs is working with a successful alternative banking provider seeking to expand their remote based team with a proactive and articulate Executive Assistant.
This role will only be a match for candidates who can spin multiple plates at once, who are naturally organised and who enjoy high variety in their work.
Supporting the Commercial Director you will be an expert in communication, being point of contact for both internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
This is a work from home job for candidates based in Marbella.
Duties Efficiently schedule meetings, flag critical deadlines, and manage priorities.
Handle emails, respond on behalf of Co-Founders, and liaise with high-profile clients while maintaining professionalism.
Address and prioritize sensitive matters, determining appropriate actions or responses.
Assist with projects, gather information, oversee recruitment logistics, and onboarding processes.
Implement procedures to enhance team communication and workflow.
Arrange travel for events, conferences, and create detailed itineraries.
Manage family logistics, school matters, events, and property-related communication.
Oversee financial administration, expense management, document preparation, proofing, and updating presentations or agreements.
Foster effective communication and trust between internal teams.
Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in tech, gaming, or a related field.
Proactive and positive personality, able to pivot your day as needed and prioritise tasks on short notice.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Total fluency in English.
