What you will do
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling phone calls.
Coordinate and arrange travel and lodging for executives and clients.
Manage office operations, including supplies, kitchen and food products, and the coordination of meeting rooms and common spaces.
Plan and organize events such as workshops, team-building activities, retreats, and meals.
Assist the IT Department with distributing and returning resources to employees, including laptops and mobile devices.
Provide support to the Human Resources Department with onboarding and offboarding processes, office modifications, maintenance, and safety drills.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain the suitability of workstations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Communicate and enforce rules for the use of common areas.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring
Certificate of Higher Education, accounting studies, or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within an international company, preferably in consultancy.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good knowledge of accounting procedures and standards.
Proficiency in managing accounting RP or other relevant software programs.
Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and effective interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Experience providing exceptional customer service.
