Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems. Knowledge of manufacturing environments or food safety. Working knowledge of international commercial terms. Commodity / Manufacturing logistics knowledge. Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is valued. What you will be doing Perform activities that support the execution of sales contracts, transportation and logistics of bulk and finished goods from origin to destination. Assist day-by-day with the loading schedule, logistics arrangements and production of relevant export documentation of shipments in accordance with sales contracts. Provide customers with complete logistic details to ensure proper flow in information is guaranteed. Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders to secure the best possible solutions (capacity and cost). Negotiate freight rates, resolve logistic issues, and provide recommendations to minimize costs and maximize profits and services. Perform data entry updates using enterprise resource planning systems, spreadsheets and databases. Liaise with the Export Sales team and Production team ensuring smoothly and effective weekly export planning. What we offer Exciting and challenging work.
