WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: This position is perfect for someone with project management experience in the development of digital products and good negotiation skills to communicate with many stakeholders. You are structured, self-driven and don't wait for instructions to conduct your projects to a successful outcome.
In this position, you will get to:
Participate in the creation of new digital initiatives, as team member or project lead, working together with corporate teams and subcontractors following agile methodology.
Creation of user stories for development.
Participate, and in some cases lead, agile ceremonies.
Report out project progress to Digital Manager signaling deviations on budget and timeline.
Become the owner of launched digital initiatives for progressive maintenance and user support. This also includes collaborating on user trainings.
YOU HAVE: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
About 2-3 years of experience in digital project management functions.
Experience with UX concepts and conducting customer journeys and user stories for the development of new features.
High level of monitoring and organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of agile methodologies.
Ideally, some experience with industrial companies.
