About the Job
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Iberia, the Project Manager (f/m/d) within the Marketing Department will be responsible for leading and managing all product-related projects from inception through completion related to their products/brands. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales and external vendors. The Project Manager will ensure that projects align with the company's overall business objectives, are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project implementation plans within the Iberian organization, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Align project goals with the broader marketing and business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure all project aspects are aligned.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication between departments and external vendors.
