As the Head of Trade Marketing at GOIKO, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Collaborating closely with our operations and marketing teams, as well as with external customers, distributors, and foodservice operators, you will design tailored marketing programs to drive sales growth, boost brand visibility, and deepen customer engagement.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and Execute Trade Marketing Plans: Create and implement effective trade marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales within foodservice channels.Collaborate with Operations Teams: Ensure alignment between trade marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
Support the sales team with effective trade materials, promotional activities, and pricing strategies.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice customers, including distributors, operators, and foodservice buyers.
Serve as a liaison between the marketing and sales teams and external customers.Local Store Marketing (LSM): Design and implement promotions and point-of-sale (POS) materials that attract customers and enhance sales.Product Launches and Campaigns: Handle the trade marketing aspects of campaigns, including the execution of product launches.
Develop marketing materials and programs to effectively support and promote new product introductions.Budget Management: Manage and optimize the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.Performance Tracking Reporting: Measure and track the success of trade marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
Provide regular updates and recommendations.Training and Support: Provide training to the operations team on trade marketing initiatives and promotional programs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the correct execution of trade marketing strategies.Food Truck Business Line: Oversee the entire commercial strategy for this key business line, including managing the events calendar, negotiating with suppliers, and handling administrative tasks.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management.
Strong understanding of the foodservice industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
Proven track record of executing successful trade marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
