Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Campaign Management Expert to join our Campaigns Team of Customer Interactions Tribe.
The responsibility of this team is to implement our new communications platform with Adobe that will allow us to gain efficiency, scalability and hyper-personalization capabilities.
Your key responsibilities: Develop new functional capabilities to have a more efficient and scalable comms E2E platform with Adobe.
Ensure a hyper personalization strategy to accelerate the customer experience and customer development results.
Ensure alignment with all the stakeholders involved in the engagement funnel (Customer Comms Strategy Area, Marketing, Everyday Engagement & Assisted Channels).
Is an expert in campaign management tools: Adobe.
Works with the technical teams and provide them the business requirements and the functional support required.
Considers the data and a deep understanding of the customer journeys, analyzing them and using the most appropriate communication through the different existing channels.
Supervises the communications to measure their effectiveness and the value added for our clients, identifies improvements needed, and proposes solutions in a continuous feedback cycle.

Someone who has experience implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, specifically in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP.
Focus on delivery, through collaboration.
Knows how to work with internal clients and stakeholders analyzing the impact of each communication/use case proposed and measuring the value of them.
Is able to work and understands a complex environment, has a global overview of the strategy and generates simple and scalable solutions.
Is a teamwork enthusiast.
Is flexible and willing to work in a multidisciplinary environment with the rest of the company.
Has an advanced level of English and wants to join an international environment.
Loves challenges and takes on the challenges of stakeholders as his/her own.
Knowledge of Agile Way of Working and its delivery framework.
