We are looking forward to meeting you!**- LOOK GOOD - FEEL GOOD - LIVE GOOD -****Are you the one?**The mission of the Product Owner is to be able to adapt in a changing environment, being able to set, prioritize and ensure a world class product crafting in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.**What will you do?**- Be responsible for the action plan to ensure the squad achieves the goals defined by the Product Manager with the team.- Be responsible for the crafting phase, working hand in hand with one or more squads formed of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineering Team Leads and engineers from different disciplines working together to build new features in a smart way for our users.- Blocker solver, interacting with the PMs, PDs, ETL, Devs, and stakeholders to unblock problems.- Ensure the quality of the new functionalities.- Monitor the squad to identify problems.- Measure the squad delivery and propose improvements if needed.- Be responsible for the backlog manageme**Role requirements**- ** Background**: 5+ years of experience crafting products working as Product Owner or similar position. Experience with an agile environment, deep knowledge of how agile works and how they align the team.- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.- ** Management**: Experience in task management and working with multidisciplinary teams.- ** Languages**: Fluent in English- ** Tools**: JIRA, Confluence, Amplitude- ** Soft skills**: Analytical mindset, strategical thinking, ownership, communication skills and teamwork.
